بررسی اثرات شیر و عسل و عصاره کدوحلوایی بر ترمیم سوختگی پوست و تغییرات گلبول های خونی در موش های سوری نر با نسبت های تکرارشونده

Burn injury in which the skin is damaged by various factors such as heat and often destruction of the skin and systemic disorders also occur in the body. Burn injury is irreparable that has physical and psychological side effects, but many of its complications can be prevented in half of the cases. This experimental study was performed on 80 mice bulb C. The animals, after beingburnedin8groups of 10animalswere randomly divided in to the following: Control, positive control, other groups were treated by milk, honey and Cucurbitapepoextract50% and one group with mixture of milk, honey and Cucurbita pepo extract (m.h.CP). Healing of the woundareawere measure don days7, 14, 21 and 28 after burn and the percentage of wound healing was calculated. All statistical analyzes were performed by the softwareSPSS17 and ANOVA test was used for quantitative data. To verify the presence or absence of significant differences between the groups were test educing LSD test and P≤0.5Statisticalinferencecriteriaconsidered. On the seventh day compared with the control group, the group that received the combination of all materials (m.h.CP) and on the fourteenth day group receiving contact honey showed significant increase in wound healing but milk and pump kindid notmakea positive impact on the recovery process. Finally we demonstrated that use of honey is a good offer for wound healing but m.h.CP is a new invent for immediate treatment of wounds.
